Step aboard Princess Layla, our private 31ft boat, and cruise along the coastline toward the open sea. As you head out, keep an eye out for bottlenose and humpback dolphins that often play in the waves nearby. Guests can often see the day’s catch being brought in from our private fishing boat, with some of it smoked in-house to create Sails’ signature flavours. His menus highlight Kenya’s incredible natural produce while introducing global influences that reflect a modern coastal identity.
